[scheduled] | TB will send the text message immediately but only if within business hours. If outside of business hours, the text message will be sent as soon as the business opens. | Send a welcome text message to a lead immediately after they sign up on your website but only if it is during the business operating hours. |
[9am] | TB will schedule the text message to go out at 9am. If the current time is past 9am, the text message will be sent immediately. | When creating action plans, it is recommended to schedule specific time for the text messages to be sent out. Do not use [now] tag because the text will be sent as soon as the action plan runs, which can be very early in the morning. |

[1h] | TB will delay the text message by one hour. Note only [1h], [2h] or [5min] delay tags are recognized. No other variations will work. | When running other communication tools like Ylopo Raiya, you should delay sending TB text messages to see if the contact engages elsewhere first. |

[5min] | TB will delay the text message by 5 minutes. | Similar to above |
[delete] | Deletes a text message that has been scheduled but has not been sent. You can, also, delete unsent texts from the Embedded App. | Deleting the text of a note does NOT mean that the text message is deleted form our system. You must use [delete] tag to make sure it has been removed from the internal schedule. |
